    Change is never easy, but it can be significantly easier by understanding the source of resistance from team members and colleagues during even positive changes. Participants learn to identify different influences that impact change and how to deliver messages and coach people (and themselves) through changes ranging from enterprise-wide initiatives to employee-specific changes.

    Until you know yourself, you can’t lead yourself or others. InsideOut Leadership is a 6-month leadership evolution that starts with leaders increasing their self-awareness of their strengths, development areas and stress triggers.
