Executive Coaching

Need a new playbook to lead and connect with your team? A recent promotion? New to an organization? Received surprising feedback? Have conflict with a business partner or employee? Need to implement a significant organizational change?

Coaches work with leaders during pivotal times in their career. They help leaders pinpoint what leadership behaviors will enable them to be successful and which of their default behaviors need to be adjusted or left behind.

Six-Month Coaching Engagement Phases

Phase 1: Increase Self Awareness

  • Prior to the first session, leader completes an onboarding package and communications assessment
  • Coach conducts 360 interviews with key stakeholders
  • Key strengths and suggested development areas are then shared with the leader and only the leader

Phase 2: Set Goals

  • Armed with insights from the 360 feedback and the communications assessment, the leader creates coaching engagement goals
  • Goals are then shared in a meeting with engagement sponsor

Phase 3: Work the Plan

  • Leader meets with coach twice per month beginning in Phase 1
  • Initial sessions focus on increasing client self-awareness, establishing the coaching relationship and identifying changes to increase effectiveness
  • Once coaching goals are set, the remaining sessions focus on implementing new strategies to make progress on goals
  • Coach is available for real time support in between sessions

Phase 4: Measure Progress

  • Leader summarizes learnings and successes as a result of coaching
  • The coaching process wraps up with a debrief to engagement sponsor

What Our Clients Are Saying

"Laura’s a fantastic coach. She’s worked with multiple VPs on my team. Laura helped them understand their innate strengths, appreciate the impact of their blind spots on the team and their career aspirations. She partnered with them to create action plans to develop behaviors that improved their presence and leadership."

Ed Lebar, Founder and Former CEO, BrandAsset Consulting/Y&R Brands

"Laura is 1/3 boss, 1/3 cheerleader, and 1/3 mentor. She keeps me motivated and confident."

VP, Financial Services

"She connects the dots on a variety of issues on a micro and macro level. It leads to more effective performance, a better understanding of myself, and increased confidence."

CEO, Non-Profit
