The Phases

Although each coaching engagement is unique, they follow five phases.

The Process

Coaching engagements typically last six months and begin with a 360 feedback assessment. The process reveals the impact of the client’s actions across professional relationships and provides a plan to change ingrained, unproductive behaviors to improve performance.   • Learning new strategies to drive results through relationship building
  • Videotaping to improve presence and presentation skills
  • Learning how to adapt style to work more productively
